Altrove ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the weight an size of your products.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your parcel to be shipped.

We also offer local pick up if you live in the Veracruz area. Just email shop@altrove-lab.com to agree on a time and place.

RETURNS AND REFOUNDS

Pottery is a very lenghty process, we don’t accept returns or refounds for change of mind.

Damaged or broken pieces

A lot of time and care goes into packaging each piece to ensure they arrive safely to their new homes.

However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, please email shop@altrove-lab.com the pictures of the piece and the original packaging, so we can agree on a replacement or a refound.

Please note that all orders are sent with mandatory signature on delivery. Altrove is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
